What if the print arrives damaged or you have sent the wrong item?

We work very hard to make sure all items dispatched are up to our standards and well packaged before they are dispatched, so damaged items are a rare occurrence. However, if your order is damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and give us a brief description of the damage, ideally with a couple of photos of the damage/wrong item. We will then look into your complaint and, assuming your complaint is valid, will arrange for a re-delivery/or full refund depending on your request.

What if I change my mind or want to cancel an order?

We have a 24 hour cooling off period, within this period, you will be given a full refund. However, as we are quick to dispatch orders, it may well be the case that your item has already been dispatched. For cancellations made after delivery, we will refund you the full price, however you will be required to pay cost of postage to return your order.
